Serene Tan
Introducing Serene, an esteemed member of our team with a nearly a decade of experience. Serene is driven by her purpose in wanting to witness the growth and development of others. In 2013, she transitioned from her role as a Public Relations Consultant in the corporate world to join the Financial Services Industry. Recognized with two consecutive years of Million Dollar Round Table membership, Serene is deeply committed to upholding ethics, integrity, and a customer-centric approach in her professional practice. Outside of her professional life, Serene finds joy in simple pleasures. Whether it's getting a good night's sleep, enjoying karaoke sessions, or spending quality time with friends, she believes in finding balance and embracing the things that bring happiness.
Gladys Tan
How did she go from not earning what she wanted to in life, and not being in a career where she could excel and help others; to a position where she found her purpose in life? It took mentorship, opportunities, and the right environment for her to succeed. After joining the Wealth GPs team, Gladys Tan is now excelling at life, and has found the fulfilment she craved! She makes an impact with her job as she takes care of the financial portfolios of more than 200 individuals and families. She advises them from protection to accumulation as well as distribution matters. Her passion for helping others, notably through education, has led her conduct her own financial literacy talks with National Library Board, working closely with professionals such as physiotherapists, lawyers to provide insights to the public.
Meldon Chang
Meldon is no stranger to the Financial Services industry now, but in his first 2 years, he constantly felt that he was not respected due to his age. Without any proper guidance or mentoring, he was alone and struggling, barely earning $1500/month on average. Worse still, he feared making a switch would result in more of the same dynamics as his old company. Thankfully, Meldon took a leap of faith and with our proven mentoring processes, he’s multiplied his salary to approximately $10k monthly in 2022 so far! Furthermore, he achieved his first MDRT qualification within 6 months of joining us.
Shanice Ng
A client of ours at first, our very own Shanice Ng, CFP, decided to take the jump into our industry, and she certainly has no regrets about her decision. She has her doubts of course, she was unsure if she was a right fit for the industry, and if she was able to adapt given she has little to no experience. Using Wealth GPs’ proven practices and systems, Shanice managed to excel in her new role! She achieved her first MDRT with us, and in her first 12 months she earned close to six figures. She is now able to plan her time to fit her schedule, which she could never do before as well. Shanice feels as if her work is much more meaningful, and she feels respected by her clients and her peers in the team.
Candy Goh
When candy worked at her previous company, she suffered from a lack of mentorship-and felt alone.She felt stuck in er career, as there were no tools for growth provided as well as no clear direction. That all changed however, when she joined Wealth GPs. After joining, Candy achieved her first MDRT in her first full year with us. As a financial advisor, she has grown with the systemised training and individual case study discussions provided. Now that she is giving back to the organisation as a practice mentor, Candy feels like she can now help those that were stuck in the same position as her!
Aly He
As a financial advisor, Aly found hereself in a negative environment in her previous company. She had no read guidance,and this kept here from preorming her best. In the years since she has joined us, Aly crossed her 1st MDRT with Wealth GPs while she was pregnant with her first child. Her hard work and determination are some of the many great traits that she has, and she benefited greatly from the environment at Wealth GPs. No longer did she feel unhappy and micro-managed, she was now trusted with help made available to her when she needed it. Previously, she also found that she did not trust in the ways that she was asked to sell to clients. When she joined us though, Aly had a 100% buy into the Advisory Mastery process and saw that business was conducted in a professional way. Given the right platform, Aly is now right where she wants to be in her career!
